White-Winged Dove
Solmir The Skyguard

He arrived not at dawn, but at the turning of the wind-when the air pauses, listens, and decides which way to move next. Solmir the Skyguard bears the unmistakable white flash of his wings like heraldry: a warning to those who would bring chaos, and a reassurance to all who dwell below.
Old watchers say Solmir is bound to the High Thermals, invisible roads of rising air that only the most disciplined fliers can ride. Unlike the messengers and singers of his kind, Solmir does not wander. He patrols. He remembers. He stands watch when others sleep.
Old keepers note that Solmir first showed himself during a sky caught between rain and snow, when even the weather stood uncertain-an omen, they say, that vigilance is born not in calm, but in confusion. Where Rowyn The Skyborn carries the songs of the Sky Court, Solmir guards its borders-an oath-bound sentinel sworn to keep the balance between ground and cloud. His eyes miss nothing. Shadows linger less boldly when he is near, and disturbances in the Glade seem to settle themselves under his steady gaze.
Though quiet, he is never passive. When danger approaches, Solmir is the first aloft, wings snapping open in a brilliant signal seen by all who know how to read the sky. Hawks think twice. Strangers feel watched. Order quietly reasserts itself.
Some believe Solmir and Rowyn are remnants of the same ancient covenant-peace and vigilance, song and silence, messenger and guard. Together, they are said to keep the old promises intact.
As long as Solmir the Skyguard keeps his post, the skies remain honest, and the world below sleeps just a little more soundly.
